And in case you are in search of wholesome recipes, Mark Anthony Bailey, a star chef and creator of “Cooking in Boxers: 50 Methods to Preserve Your Mate in Mattress” stopped by our studio with three summer time recipes that require zero cooking.

1. Chilly Corn & Shrimp Soup
